TERMS OF USE · VERSION 2026-08-29
Terms of use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to bagsleague.fun and the BagsLeague application (the “Service”), operated by Altiora LLP trading as BagsLeague (“BagsLeague,” “we,” or “us”). By connecting a wallet, creating a profile, entering a league, or claiming a reward, you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the rules shown in the applicable entry screen. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and location
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, be legally able to form a binding agreement, and be physically located in a place where the activity is permitted. Paid contests are void where prohibited or restricted. You must not use a VPN, proxy, false location, or another person's identity or wallet to avoid an eligibility restriction. India is treated as a restricted location for paid contests pending regulatory clearance and specialist legal advice.
3. Wallets and blockchain transactions
You use a self-custody wallet and remain responsible for its security, private keys, network selection, token approvals, and gas. BagsLeague does not hold or recover your keys. Signed transactions may be irreversible and visible permanently on a public blockchain. The application records verified transaction data, but the smart contract—not a button label or offchain display—controls escrowed funds.
4. Accounts and public identity
One person may not use multiple wallets or profiles to gain an unfair advantage, evade a restriction, or manipulate a league. Manager names, team names, badges, wallet addresses, submitted lineups after lock, scores, ranks, and results may be public. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and must not impersonate another person or use unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
5. Contests, entry and claims
The Official Rules and the final confirmation screen state the applicable entry amount, asset, start time, duration, lineup rules, fees, and payout method. A wallet approval is not an entry; entry is complete only after the relevant contract transaction confirms and the lineup is recorded. Eligible rewards and refunds require a separate onchain claim transaction unless the interface expressly says otherwise. You are responsible for claiming and paying the associated network fee.
6. Pricing, settlement and voids
Scores depend on designated market-data and oracle sources at specified timestamps. Prices may be delayed, corrected, stale, unavailable, or affected by third-party outages. Settlement may be delayed while a valid endpoint snapshot is obtained or reviewed. A round may be cancelled or voided under the Official Rules when required prices cannot be validated, the minimum field is not met, the contract requires cancellation, or a material integrity issue affects the result. A voided paid round is refundable according to its smart contract.
7. Fees and taxes
Applicable protocol and creator fees are disclosed before entry and are charged only as described in the Official Rules and deployed contract. Network gas is separate. You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting, permissions, and other obligations arising from entries, rewards, refunds, token transfers, or use of the Service.
8. Fair play
You must not collude, manipulate prices or results, automate abusive activity, exploit defects, interfere with settlement, submit false transaction data, attack the Service or its providers, or use inside information obtained through unauthorized access. We may restrict the interface, refuse offchain services, preserve evidence, or disqualify an entry where permitted by the applicable rules and contract. Onchain actions that a deployed contract makes irreversible cannot be administratively undone.
9. Responsible play
Fantasy-market contests are entertainment, not investment advice or a measure of reliable trading skill. Never borrow to enter, chase losses, or enter with money needed for living costs. The 24-hour pause in Profile blocks new paid Daily League entries during the displayed period; it does not reverse existing transactions, stop claims, or currently block custom-league actions. See Responsible play for more controls and warnings.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on wallets, Solana Chain, RPC providers, market-data providers, oracle networks, hosting, and other third parties that we do not control. Their terms may also apply. References to an asset, protocol, company, or wallet do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
11. No investment advice; no warranty
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Assets are presented only as contest inputs. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free data, fitness for a particular purpose, or future token value. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BagsLeague and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost opportunity, market loss, lost data, wallet compromise, third-party failure, or blockchain congestion. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. You remain responsible for losses caused by your wallet, device, credentials, approvals, or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes, suspension and severability
We may change these Terms prospectively, update features, or suspend the interface for security, maintenance, legal, or integrity reasons. A material update requires renewed acceptance before a new paid Daily League entry. Changes do not rewrite a locked round's onchain economics. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law.
14. Contact and disputes
Contact @bagsleague with a transaction hash, wallet address, and round or league identifier. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith written notice. Mandatory consumer and local-law protections apply and are not displaced by these Terms.
